Validity and Restrictions
Validity
Up to two (2) years. Except for virtual or distance learning, absence from the country for more than ninety (90) calendar days will result in automatic visa termination.
Work permit
This visa allows the graduate university student to work, up to twenty (20) hours per week after reporting to the Special Administrative Unit Migration Colombia and the Ministry of Labor by the employer in the systems or platforms provided for this purpose.
Beneficiaries
This visa does not allow applications for beneficiaries, except in the case of graduate students.
