Specific Requirements

Summary format of the contract.

Letter of motivation from the employer.

Certifications or bank statements in the name of the employer of the last four (4) months in which average monthly income of one hundred (100) Colombian legal minimum monthly wages.

In the case of an unregulated profession, provide a copy of the apostilled or legalized and translated professional title or certifications of work and experience that support its suitability.

In the case of the exercise of a regulated profession, the foreigner and the company or legal person he hires must process the corresponding permit or license before the competent Professional Council. In any case, such permit or license must be presented in case the foreigner applies for second or subsequent visas.
