Specific Requirements
Be a holder of a passport issued by any of the countries or territories
exempt from a short-stay visa.
Letter in Spanish or English, issued by one or more foreign companies for which the foreigner provides his services indicating the type of link and the type of remuneration received by the applicant. In case of having a contract with said company, provide it, or prove that you are a partner or co-owner of a company abroad and letter indicating that your work for the company is developed remotely.
In the case of entrepreneurs, present a motivational letter explaining their entrepreneurship project and the financial and human resources they have or aspire to have for their entrepreneurship.
Income Proof: Bank statements from the last three months demonstrating a monthly income of at least three (3) Colombian minimum monthly wages (SMLMV), equivalent to COP $5,252,715 for 2026 (approximately USD $1,450–$1,460 per month, based on current TRM and subject to exchange rate fluctuations).
Health policy with coverage in the country against all risks in case of accident, illness, maternity, disability, hospitalization, death, or repatriation, for the time provided for their stay in the country.

Your application is allowed for beneficiaries of the main holder.

This visa does not allow you to work or develop a remunerated activity with a legal or natural person domiciled in the country.
